Isn’t time an amazing, yet frustrating thing…when you want it to pass quickly, it refuses to do so and lingers so slowly as a snail; when you wish it to freeze, however, it laughs at your hopeless desires and flies by, so cruely, just like that.
What if people messed with time…what if we had the ability to control it, fast forward it, go back in time or make it freeze and live eternally in a happy moment…would that kind of life be ideal? Would we value what we have and would we be happier than we are now? I am not so sure. All I know, is that memories are sweet or sour because things only ever happen once, and, when they have happened, nothing could be changed. If we could relive a moment many times more, sweetness and bitterness of the moment would leave us, and it would only be blandness left, or, at least, something extremely diluted. I don’t think I’d want that. Human beings are just too demanding, I have come to that conclusion…but being demanding is not always necessarily bad. Is it…?
